WIT{CH} mentorship is built for women entering, growing in, or leading in IT and Tech in Switzerland. It is opt-in, structured, and based on transparent expectations.
Find mentors who fit
Browse mentor profiles by field, language, location, seniority, and experience. The goal is relevance, not random matching.
Send a clear request
Explain your goal, preferred format, and what you hope to work on. Mentors can accept, ask for more information, or decline.
Shape the relationship together
Agree on scope, rhythm, boundaries, and when to pause or end. Mentorship should feel structured, respectful, and useful.

You can be a user and a mentor at the same time.
Mentor access is an add-on to your member profile. Approved mentors can manage availability, describe their experience, review requests, and keep mentorship relationships clear and manageable.
